Afterward, relax on Kendwa Beach before embarking on a romantic 90-minute sunset cruise along Zanzibar’s northwest coast, enjoying breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm
Itinerary
Baraka’s Turtle Aquarium is a rehabilitation center for injured turtles nestled in a cave, this natural tidal pool is where you are able to swim and feed these amazing animals. Then enjoy some free time around the Village to visit the impressive Limestone Houses, enjoy a relaxing lunch (own expense) at any of the numerous cafes and restaurants, and explore the Village at your own pace. Relax on the beautiful beach of Nungwi village while we wait for the magical sunset.
Baraka turtles natural aquarium
The program will start as soon as you finish your lunch at 13:00 pm with the visit to Baraka Natural turtles Aquarium at Nungwi. This is the best turtles aquarium to see, feed, and swim with these beautiful native animals, the turtles are brought to us after they have been caught in
fisherman’s net and have been injured and once they reach a certain size we release them back into the Ocean. Then after you have done at Baraka turtles aquarium you will be heading to Kendwa beach ready for sunset cruising.
Sunset Cruise
Enjoy one of our magical moments, so romantic, colorful sky, calm water with the typical old- world sailing dhow experience. In Zanzibar, the best way to end the day is a sunset cruise. It all begins once you step on our dhow, so cozy the set-up, an old-world sailing experience in a luxury style. Sit, relax and enjoy as the dhow sail along the northwest coast of Zanzibar, watching the sunset over the Indian ocean. Our team will ensure you get the most experience.
Duration: 90 minutes sailing (4:30 pm to 6:30 pm)
NOTE: Tourists must come with towels and swimming suits, although we are giving out snorkeling gear and even life jackets on request.
